• At least 15+ Years experience as Domain Architect and/or SME in BFSI IT industry
• Experience in below portfolios
o Consumer Relationship
o Business & Commercial Banking
o Lending – Consumer lending, Commercial lending, Business lending
o Insurance, claims processing, complaints management
o Understanding of Regulations, compliance and Risks
• Extensive knowledge and experience in understanding the Banking requirements in above portfolios and preparing the requirements for the IT systems/applications.
• Design the IT applications using technologies like Java/J2EE, RDBMS (oracle/Mysql, etc), on public clouds like AWS, AZURE, GCP
• Architecture and Design IT solutions.
• Build solutions on personalization.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and Business teams in BFSI industry.
• Good Communication skills
• Certifications in any of the below will be an added advantage
o Cloud (AWS, GCP, AZURE)
