• At least 15+ years of experience as Domain Architect and/or SME in ERM space across enterprises
• The candidate should have extensive hands-on in the below areas
1. Cybersecurity
2. Financial Risks
3. Operational Risks
4. Compliance Risk
5. Deep domain knowledge
6. Regulatory considerations
7. Risk Identification and Assessment
8. Risk Mitigation Strategy
9. Collaborate with all the stakeholders
10. Extensive knowledge and experience in understanding the ERM requirements in above areas and preparing the requirements for the IT systems/applications.
11. Provide inputs in the design of the IT systems/applications.
12. Architecture and Design IT solutions.
13. Act as a bridge between Technical teams and Business teams in ERM space.
14. Excellent Communication skills
15. Certifications in any of the below will be an added advantageCloud (AWS, GCP, AZURE)
